Originally called Job Prep Plus, it was founded as an outreach of the Cornerstone Youth Center in Samson, Alabama. The goal was then, as it is today, to teach members of the community how to get and keep a job.
We provide education by giving free lectures and one on one training in churches, schools and other public venues as well as utilizing social media channels and the corporations website to provide facts, statistics and other related data on causes, current efforts and solutions to gaining meaningful employment.
Working Power, Inc.. is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for nonprofit educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future tax code.
